Who I am and why I do this
I'm Mars. First-generation internet person. Been building on the web since before it was cool.
Started in the early 2000s watching the internet change everything. Saw startups become giants, enterprises wake up too late, and a lot of people get squeezed by infrastructure costs they didn't understand.
Cloud vendors charge everyone the same price — whether you're a startup with $500/month bills or a Fortune 500 with $500k/month. If you know the right people, you can get the same infrastructure for a lot less. I am those right people.
Big companies have procurement teams negotiating discounts. Startups don't. They're stuck paying retail. I help close that gap.
Martian Club started as a place to share what I learned — AI trends, cloud cost hacks, business strategies that actually work. It grew into a community of founders and operators who are tired of getting ripped off.
Now it's also a one-stop shop for infrastructure that doesn't punish you for being small.
If I can't help you, I'll tell you.
I work with a network of direct vendor partnerships built over the years.
My goal is long-term partnerships, not one-off transactions.
